80,000 Kentuckians have already lost SNAP benefits

I want to echo something my friend, Governor Andy Beshear, called out recently. It’s about your SNAP benefits.

This evil administration is dead set on dismantling every critical program serving working people in need – programs that were a lifeline for my family when I was growing up.

I know firsthand the crushing anxiety that comes with not knowing where your next meal will come from. It is unacceptable that any human being goes hungry in the richest country on earth.

Sadly, my opponent Andy Barr and his idol Mitch McConnell voted for this. They proudly voted in favor of Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill.

These cuts have already affected 24,655 children and 6,572 seniors in Kentucky – America’s most vulnerable are being kicked aside while the wealthiest get tax cuts. It’s not only illogical, but it’s also despicable.

We can’t afford to keep going on like this. I won’t settle for one more child going hungry by way of this cruel administration.

Can you chip in whatever you can spare today to defeat Andy Barr, flip this seat BLUE, and halt Trump’s MAGA agenda in its tracks?
