Affordability is so much more than a talking point

I’m going to be blunt – if Andy Barr wanted to lower your cost of living, he’d be doing it already.

He’s had 14 years in Congress to do so. Ask yourself: have your bills gone down since?

I know when I check my mail, I’m filled with dread because I know what’s coming – another month of stretching every dollar to pay for my family’s basic necessities.

That’s why I’ve centered this campaign on affordability; it’s not just a talking point. It’s based on my lived experience.

We’re in a vicious cycle where Andy uses false promises, blame games, and blind partisan loyalty to evade any accountability for our failing economy. Meanwhile, he’s become a millionaire while in Congress.

It’s wrong, and frankly offensive, that Andy would expect us to settle for Senator Andy “low” Barr so he can keep getting richer.

And working people are seeing right through it. Across our Commonwealth, former Trump supporters are standing side by side with our movement, seeking real change.

That’s why in “deep-red” Kentucky, we’re currently tied in the polls.

I know Kentuckians deserve better. But this grassroots campaign is 100% people-powered, so I’m counting on your help to turn this tie into a win.
